David A. Jagolinzer is a partner and shareholder of The Ferraro Law Firm and specializes in complex cases that involve product liability, asbestos litigation, toxic torts, serious injury and wrongful death. Mr. Jagolinzer has been successful in obtaining millions of dollars for thousands of the Firm's clients both in trials and in pretrial settlements.

Most recently in 2008, Mr. Jagolinzer obtained over 14 million for a 61 year old drywall contractor who was diagnosed with Pleural Mesothelioma and won a $24+ million verdict for a 50-year-old doctor who was diagnosed with peritoneal mesothelioma caused by asbestos exposure from automotive products. 

Some of Mr. Jagolinzer's most notable jury verdicts for victims include the following cases where landmark legal issues were decided:

$1.8 million - Fla. 4th DCA 2003). Mr. Lagueux was a drywall finisher suffering with asbestosis and this was the first case in the nation in which a jury awarded damages against Union Carbide in connection with the asbestos it mined.

$1.2 million Fla. 4th DCA 2004). Mr. Kavanaugh was a carpenter suffering from peritoneal mesothelioma and this was Mr. Jagolinzer's second consecutive victory against Union Carbide and solidified the legal responsibility in Florida against companies such as Union Carbide who had previously claimed legal immunity as bulk suppliers of raw materials.

$2 million Fla. 4th DCA 2002). Mr. Zimmerman was an electrician suffering from pleural mesothelioma and this case solidified the legal responsibility in Florida of companies that negligently re-branded and installed asbestos products.

Other significant appellate victories include: A 1999 graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, Mr. Jagolinzer is admitted to The Florida, Massachusetts and D.C. Bars and actively litigates cases throughout Florida and Massachusetts. Mr. Jagolinzer is a member of the American Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, Dade County Bar Association, Broward County Bar Association, American Association for Justice, the National Italian American Bar Association and was recently inducted into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He is also a frequent lecturer on litigation and trial preparation skills for other attorneys. Mr. Jagolinzer also plays an active role on creditor's committees relating to bankruptcy filings of asbestos companies, serves as an arbitrator for alternative dispute resolution programs, and has been active in representing victims' rights in front of the Florida Legislature. Mr. Jagolinzer also speaks fluent Italian.
